Pricing and Policies
Table Top Oyster Bar Experience- appropriate for 50-75 guests. Starts at $400 (plus tax and cost of oysters, ice accoutrement, plates, napkins, and utensils
Japanese Mini Truck Oyster Bar Experience-appropriate for 50-150 guests- Starts at $550 (plus tax, and the cost of the oysters, ice, accoutrement, plates, napkins and utensils)
Accoutrement includes lemons, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, horseradish, cilantro and red wine mignonettes, and saltine crackers.
Each Oyster Bar Service Includes the following:
Pre and post event logistics- planning, procuring oysters, set up and break down, clean up and disposal.
Oyster shucking service for up to 300 oysters.
Professional staff attire and presentation.
Travel up to 20 miles round trip (from 32724)
Extras/upgrades: Billed in addition to the services stated above.
Nearly any request can be fulfilled during planning. Grilled, steamed, butter broiled, or fried oysters. Caviar, lobster, shrimp, and seafood ceviches. Open to requests. (ask for pricing)
Additional oyster shucking service, over the initial 300 oysters, will be billed at $60 (plus tax) labor for each additional 100 oysters.
Additional travel mileage, over the basic 20-mile round trip (from 32724), will be billed at $.67 per mile.
Oysters are billed at market prices. We source and provide the best and freshest oysters at the time of your event. The cost of oysters will be estimated using the best information at the time of the quote and exact cost will be specified as the event date approaches.
Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of 25% of total bill is required to secure the date of your event. The deposit will be applied to the final cost.
Final payment, which covers the cost of the oysters, accoutrement and the balance of the service fee, will be due 10 days prior to the event.
